Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Koji QR web application and related pages at www.webinvade.rs/qr/, provided by Milivoj Segedinac pr WEB INVADERS (“operator”, “we”).
1. Acceptance
By using the app, installing the PWA, or accessing these pages, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Koji QR is a free tool for personal fiscal receipt records: QR scanning, loading data from SUF verification, spending views, indicative warranties, data export, and optional sync to your Google Sheet. The app may work offline with a queue for later SUF sync.
3. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice
The service helps you organize personal records. We are not tax advisors, accountants, or lawyers. For tax obligations, complaints, and disputes with merchants, always use your original fiscal receipt, warranty card, and official sources from the Tax Administration and the seller.
4. Warranties and product classification
Warranty end dates and product categories in the app are indicative. They are derived from receipt data, your settings, and local classification rules — they may be wrong. Always check your warranty card and the seller’s terms.
5. Your obligations
- Use the service lawfully and only for permitted purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and the security of your device and Google account.
- Do not abuse the SUF proxy (rate limits apply; no automated mass load).
- Do not attempt to compromise server security or others’ data.
6. Google account and storage
If you use Google Sheet storage, Google’s terms also apply. You own the Sheet and control who has access to your Drive. We do not guarantee Google service availability.
7. SUF and third parties
Receipt data comes from the Tax Administration’s public system. We do not control SUF availability or accuracy. Official SUF links open at your choice in the app.
8. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, SUF or Google changes, PWA updates, or browser limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Intellectual property
The Koji QR name, app design, source code, and documentation belong to the operator or rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or presenting the service as an official government app is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage, data loss caused by you or third parties, tax penalties, merchant disputes, wrong warranty dates or categories, or decisions based on the app.
Total liability, if any, is limited to amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months — for a free service this effectively means no monetary claims except where law requires otherwise.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the operator for harm caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms, within applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by clearing browser data, revoking Google access, or uninstalling the PWA. We may temporarily restrict access in case of proxy abuse.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms by posting on www.webinvade.rs/qr/. The revision date will appear at the top. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance unless law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The court with local jurisdiction at the operator’s seat (Čurug) has jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
